By signing this document, you are agreeing to take part in Activities organised by 1881 Distillery at Peebles Hydro Ltd.
- I understand that I must be over 18 years of age to attend an 1881 Distillery session.
- I will undertake all distillery sessions with the specific written safety rules and advice that I receive within my experience.
- I accept that there is a risk of injury when undertaking such activities
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of others whilst participating
- I acknowledge that I may be asked to leave the 1881 experience if the staff are of the opinion that I am acting or behaving in an unsafe manner that may risk injury to myself or others.
- I will undertake any experience in accordance with the specific written safety rules and advice that I have received with this disclaimer together with the oral instructions and advice to be given to me before and during the undertaking of the session
- I agree to wear all the safety equipment provided and will notify the instructor of any defects or equipment not fitting correctly
- I accept that there is a risk of injury when undertaking such activities
- I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of others whilst participating
- Peebles Hydro Ltd reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager on all matters of admittance will be final.
- In the unlikely event of an accident or loss or damage to my personal effects. I acknowledge that the Peebles Hydro Ltd will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the experience (except for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence)
- I certify that to the best of my knowledge I do not have a medical condition, which might affect me taking part in the experience.
- Peebles Hydro Ltd does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal customer property whilst onsite. The Co. does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to customer vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.
- I agree to undertake all experiences under the guidance from the Peebles Hydro Ltd staff and do not have to participate if I do not want to.
